Reservation Policies

Individual Reservations

Upon reservation of accommodation at Vinlake Nestles it is necessary to pay through PayPal, give a credit card number or payment in full by NEFT in order to confirm the booking. For the confirmation we will charge 20% non-refundable. This guarantees the reservation and other payments of service and accommodation that will be paid upon your check in out.

Extra Person Policy
Full rates will be applicable for children above 12 years and only 1 extra person of age 12 years and above will be allowed per room with applicable charges.
Child Policy
For children from 5 and below complimentary. 6 to 11 Half the full rate on sharing basis.

Only one Extra Adult child is permitted in one room.

Note: Drivers are provided cots in staff quarters subject to availability without additional charges and have to arrange for their meal themselves. In case staff quarters accommodation is unavailable Vinlake Nestles are not responsible for accommodation.
Individual or Group Cancellations
Vinlake Nestles has a cancelation policy for room booking of 20 days. If you fail to cancel within this time of your scheduled arrival, 50% of the room rate will be charged onto the credit card given upon reservation. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of the booking, the full price of the room will be charged onto the credit card given at the time of reservation.

All cancellations should be in writing and be notified as soon as possible.

Vinlake Nestles special package policies (individual and tours and wholesalers)

When booking special packages from the Vinlake Nestles, i.e. accommodation, half board + special guided tours, transportation etc. these packages have to be confirmed at least six weeks before arrival and 50% of the total price paid of which 20% is non-refundable. In the case of cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival 50% of the total price will be charged. If you fail to cancel within four days of arrival the 100 % will be withheld.

Smoking Policy

Cigarettes is strictly prohibited in public areas of the Home including dining hall, verandas and lawns. There is no smoking inside the room or the Home there is a $50 fine for breaking this rule.

Note: A recent Government notification requires guests to present an identity proof at the time of check-in (identity proof would include a valid driving license / voter identity card / PAN card, etc. Valid passport is mandatory for all foreign guests)
